Q: Are Mompers pre-shrunk?
A: We do NOT pre-wash our Mompers or Mini Mompers, so we cut generously to allow for a small amount of shrinkage. 



Q: How do I wash them?
A: To keep Mompers looking their best, we suggest you wash in cold water by hand or gentle machine cycle. Hang or line dry.

A: Yes, we do!

 

Q: Where is Momper Romper made?
A: We currently use a manufacturer overseas and are very active in the day-to-day practices and make it a point to regularly visit our production facility!

 

Q: Do you offer coupon codes or discounts?

SHIPPING


Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: You can read more about our shipping policies including shipping time frames here.



Q: Do you combine shipping on multiple orders?
A: We're so sorry, but we are unable to combine multiple orders. Alternately, you can request that we cancel your order and place a new order with all the items you'd like to purchase, but this must be done within two hours of ordering as we are not able to cancel orders once they begin processing.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we are only able to offer fast, low cost shipping in the United States and Canada.

 

Q: My package looks like it's lost in the mail, what can I do?
A: Please contact us
 if you notice that your tracking information is not updated or has not been delivered on time. If an order does not "show up" within 30 days of shipment with no tracking updates (8 weeks for international orders), a replacement will be sent. Orders shown as "delivered" cannot be replaced, it is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.

We would never use your photo or your child's photo in print without asking, however if the tag is used we assume you are willing to share the photo.
